The Board of Directors of Especialidades Luminotécnicas S.A.U. has approved an increase of its share capital, which as at today's date, stands at over 1.2 million Euros. The increase has been carried out and paid-up by the sole shareholder of the company, Grupo ELT, S.L.
This capital increase, to the value of 300,500 Euros, will allow the Spanish company to continue to stimulate the growth process started last May with the launch of its line of lighting fixtures, as well as undertake new investments in the development of products and technologies within the lighting sector. All of this is accompanied by the clear aim to become, now more than ever, a global supplier of lighting services and solutions.
